1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supply Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Supply Pulse.

2. Service Description

Supply Pulse is an AI-powered supply chain risk monitoring platform. We generate weekly risk assessment reports for suppliers you add to the platform, using artificial intelligence to analyze publicly available information. Reports are delivered via email as PDF documents.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
• You must not share your account credentials with third parties
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Supply Pulse offers Free, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Polar. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your plan will revert to Free at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Supply Pulse reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.

• Reports do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
• You should independently verify all findings using the cited sources provided
• Business decisions should not be based solely on AI-generated reports without independent verification

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all supplier data you enter into the platform. Supply Pulse retains ownership of the platform, its software, design, and branding. The AI-generated report content is provided to you for your use, but the underlying technology and methodology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supply Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
